Hudson's favorite food lately is oatmeal. Partially because he likes the way it tastes, but mostly because he likes to say it!

Hudson makes life more interesting
Hudson started taking gymnastics classes last week, and so far his favorite activity is the trampoline. I think his smile speaks for itself!
And Hudson's interpretation of "napping" is pretty unique, too...
Oh, and you might notice that price tag right near his head....well, he's decided that he likes to "cuddle" with his new truck clothes. Particularly sweaters with fire trucks on them. I know, he's a nut!

September 2010
So it's been awhile since our last update. Partially because life is crazy, and partially because our video camera was stolen on our cross-country trip in August :( Of course, all of our videos from the summer were still on it. Lesson learned: transfer videos much more often. And try to keep better track of our stuff!
So here are the updates...
Hudson has lots of new expressions, but one of our favorites is "how about that?" You'll have to wait until the very end to hear it, but it's pretty cute.
I had no idea that Hudson could count to ten until today! Now he's obsessed with counting everything - toes, people, and of course, trucks.
Earlier this month, Oliver started eating solids. It took a little getting used to at first, but he's getting better at it every day. Hudson LOVES "helping" feed him!
As you can see, it makes a bit of a mess. Ok, so it's a huge disaster! Instead of cleaning the kitchen top to bottom after every meal, we figured out a slightly neater way to get Ollie his food...
Simon and I are able to get some good laughs out of Oliver, but his favorite comedian is still Hudson. It doesn't matter what Hudson says...Oliver will giggle his little heart out!
Once our fabulous sleeper, Oliver has started waking at very inconvenient times wanting to play/cuddle/blow razzberries at us. Cute, but it's getting old pretty fast! We are hoping for a full night of sleep one of these days!
Of course, Oliver does sleep sometimes. Like in the middle of the Boxford Apple Festival when we expected him to be wide awake!
Hudson had a great time at the festival, but he was torn between his two loves - Owen, and his new truck book!
He really enjoyed the newest addition to the festival - bouncy houses and a jeep ride!
When Ollie did wake up, he enjoyed dancing to the live music (with a little help from Daddy...)
Sleep deprivation has taken its toll on the whole family...but Mommy gets the worst of it...
...in my defense, the socks were most definitely skin-colored!
